Needed an Android device and was looking for a simple phone. I got my other Iphone from their Thornlie Shop and the Alexander Heights gave me an excellent refurbished Motorola phone. Works and looks like a new one. High quality stuff from Phone Mate Alexander Heights

My phone developed a problem, it would not make calls because the microphone wasn't linked to the phone. I couldn't work out where to go in the phone menus.I went to Phonemate and the tech went through several screens and in less than a minute it was fixed for no charge.I am a happy camper.

Bought a second hand ipad air 2. Customer service was great. Answered all my questions that I had. First time buying a apple product. Have to go home and try it out. Other than that service was excellent.UPDATE: My ipad works great and I have had no trouble with it at all since I got it. Was a great purchase and I'm very satisfied and happy. Dated this 14/02/23.
